About Sunette

I am a mother of two daughters and a yoga teacher who lives in a beautiful South Wales valley.

I have been studying yoga for 10 years, and a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher .

About my lessons

Each yoga class starts with breath work. Whether that includes Qigong techniques such as movement and visualisation to encourage a free flowing breath using the whole of the respiratory system.

With having the opportunity to rediscover the full potential of your breath, you can learn to release restricted patterns, and let go of buried emotions and stress.

Welcoming new energy, bringing calmness to your body and at the same time soothe tired wired brain.

How It Began

I’ve been teaching yoga for four years. I started practicing yoga in 2001 to help me gain strength and flexibility. In the beginning I gave more importance to the physical aspects of yoga, but as the years pass I began to understand the influence that yoga has not only on the body but also on the mind and soul .

Through every workshop/training I’ve done over the last five years, I’ve learnt more about myself as a person and how to treat my body and mind. Most importantly, however, I have learned how to hold a comfortable space in which students can feel supported as well as safe, through in-person and from leading classes via Zoom.

From all my different training I can offer classes that allows students to feel safe while practicing.

I teach with a great energy, to hopefully give everyone, whether it is school teachers or NHS staff a better understanding of what it means to care for yourself. My yoga sequences/flows are carefully planned and will bring balance both to the body and mind .

Welcoming new energy…
